Kept tracks every obligation on every property, holds the paperwork that evidences it, chases the landlord before anything expires, and produces a tamper-evident audit pack that shows the whole history. It is not a letting-agent system and it is not a tenant portal. **Is Kept legal advice?** No. Kept is a reminder and record-keeping tool built around published government guidance and the Renters’ Rights Act 2025. It tells you what is due and holds the evidence that you did it; it does not replace a solicitor. **What is an audit pack?** A dated PDF covering every obligation on a property, every document held against it and when each one was served or renewed. Trophy works out a plan that fits the teams, pitches and hours you actually have, lets players join with a six-character code and no app download, and keeps the table accurate: both sides confirm a score, two different scores stay visible until the organiser decides, and standings are worked out again from the confirmed results rather than patched by hand. The clubhouse TV, the public results board and the share cards at the end all come from the same live data. ### What it does - **A set-up that fits:** Tell Trophy how many teams, pitches and hours you have and it gives you a workable plan before the invite goes out. - **One code for everyone:** Players tap a link or type a six-character code. No app download, account or password is needed to join a tournament. - **Two-sided scores:** One side sends a result and the other confirms it.
