Kept tracks every obligation on every property, holds the paperwork that evidences it, chases the landlord before anything expires, and produces a tamper-evident audit pack that shows the whole history. It is the first Cube Systems product to reach general release, and it is sold direct to landlords rather than implemented on site.

What it does
Signature designer
Build a signature in the visual designer or edit the HTML yourself. Variables fill in each person’s name, job title and contact details, and every design is built as email-safe table HTML.
Directory sync
Names, job titles, departments, phone numbers and addresses come from Microsoft 365, with a daily automatic sync so changes in your directory reach signatures on their own. Google Workspace directory sync is coming soon.
Outlook add-in
On Microsoft 365, your admin deploys the add-in once. Signatures then appear in Outlook on the web, the new and classic Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac, on new emails, replies and forwards.
Assignment rules
Give each department, email domain or person their own signature, with priorities deciding which rule wins.
Scheduled campaign banners
Schedule a banner under everyone’s signature between two dates, or show it to one department only. It comes off again when the campaign ends.
